Yes there are two registration forms, but it's okay, you only have to fill in one, just make sure you make the right selection.
If you work for one of the lovely companies that have subscribed and made Media Mums & Dads happen then put your money away, all you need is your company password. Now select corporate membership.
Proceed to register as a corporate member
Individual registration is for anyone who is currently working or has previously worked in the media but is not an employee of any given media company. You may be a freelancer or someone who has opted out of the industry.
For a limited period we are currently offering individual registrations for free.
Please ignore the notice that appears once you have filled in the form, requesting a payment.
