1. If you use the Media Mums & Dads website (the "Website") you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You must take the time to read and understand it, before registering for the Media Mums & Dads services. We may verify the accuracy of users details with the company they are employed by, or in the case of freelancers with the person who recommended them to the Media Mums & Dads website, but we are not obliged to do so. Users are accordingly advised to exercise appropriate caution in their dealings with other users of the Website.

4.2 You shall retain ownership of all copyright in data you submit to the Website. You grant us a world-wide exclusive, royalty-free, non-terminable licence to use, copy, distribute, publish and transmit such data in any manner.
5. Exclusions of liability

6. Exclusion of liability for third parties' goods and services

7. User name and password

10. Misuse of the Website
10.1 If you or material you have posted on the Website appears to us to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement we reserve the right to:
10.1.1 suspend or terminate your access to the Website, or parts of it; and/or
10.1.2 remove, edit, or require you to remove or edit, material posted on the Website.
10.2 In addition to condition 10.1 above, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website, or parts of it, if you are abusive, discriminatory or threatening to, harass or communicate offensive messages or images to another user of the Website, whether or not through the Website or by means of the Services.
10.3 You agree to use the Website and the data on it appropriately and only for the purposes stated on the Website.
10.4 If your access has been suspended or terminated in accordance with this condition 10, you agree that you shall not re-register for, or re-access, the Website without our prior written consent.
11. Termination
11.1 We may terminate your access to the Website and the Services within it on not less than 3 days' written notice to you.
11.2 We may terminate your access to the Website and the Services with immediate effect if:
(a) you leave the employment of a subscriber to the Services;
(b) your employer's contract to subscribe for the Website and the Services comes to an end or is terminated for any reason; or
(c) if we reasonably believe that you are using the Website in appropriately or in breach of the terms of this Agreement.
11.3 We may temporarily suspend your access to the Website and the Services if we reasonably believe that you are using the Website inappropriately or in breach of the terms of this Agreement while we investigate such a matter.
11.4 All disclaimers, indemnities and exclusions in these terms and conditions shall survive termination of the agreement between us for any reason.
12. General
12.1 If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.
12.2 We may modify these terms and conditions at any time by publishing the modified terms and conditions on the Website. Any modifications shall take effect 3 days after posting on the Website.
12.3 We reserve the right to assign this Agreement, and to assign or subcontract any or all of our rights and obligations under this Agreement. You may not without our prior written consent of assign or otherwise dispose of this Agreement.
12.4 This Agreement includes our Privacy Policy and together they contain the whole of the agreement between us and you concerning the Website and the provision of the Services and they replace all earlier agreements and understandings with you, except for any fraud or fraudulent representation by either of us.
13. Governing law
13.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
13.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, to which both parties submit.
